Hypnosis is a technique that powerfully assists in reducing or eliminating many personality problems, by directly accessing the subconscious mind---which is the source of many belief patterns. The powerful tool of hypnosis helps to uncover past traumas locked up in the subconcious mind, and allows them to be reprogrammed into positive new attitudes. This assists you in having, more-balanced, and healthy attitudes for those same everyday challenges which used to overwhelm us.

Hypnosis allows access into memories that are normally buried in the subconscious mind, such as events in early childhood, surgeries under anesthesia, etc. This allows for the detection of traumas that otherwise remain concealed for an entire lifetime, sometimes causing poor response to medical or psychological treatments.

Some people may be afraid of hypnosis because of a lack of understanding, and simply do not even know that they've experienced it in many ways throughout their lives. Many people live a majority of their lives under one degree of hypnotic trance or another. With the advent of high-tech communications, different degrees of hypnosis can occur. Simple exposure to television, internet, sales presentations, or motivational classes can implant varying belief codes or patterns into our subconscious minds---ready to come out and influence our attitudes and behaviors. Even identifying with the "good guy" in an action movie, and hating the "bad guy" is a mild form of hypnosis. The issue is, you are many times not in control of these belief patterns in the subconscious mind--so they can effect us negatively and inappropriately. Hypnosis helps us to take control of our behaviors and responses--even in the face of these hidden impulses.

As you can see, we have all been under the influence of hypnosis to varying degrees in our lives---and many are out of our control.
